I wanted to take a few minutes to express my sincere thanks to you and especially the organization- Ace Fire & Water Restoration Inc of West Springfield MA.

Gary Brunelle and Tom Howe bent over backwards to accommodate our difficult situation with the water damage and in the process coping with the difficulties in making adjustments for our 95 year old, disabled mother. Both of these gentlemen worked with us in a co-operative and caring spirit to work at accomplishing those difficult steps of this job done successfully.

I, as co-guardian, and my brother, Tom, as well were very gratified by the 110% efforts these two gentlemen went to fulfill our requests at every step of the work process. This organization stands tall in our respect and gratitude in the many small details attended to and the overall positive client relationship!

Dear Mr. Brunelle,

Thank you so much for your professionalism and wonderful architectural insight and knowledge. Our country hideaway is finally looking and feeling like our home away from home. You not only took our ideas but also supported us to see other possibilities we hadn’t even considered.

It’s hard to impress a New Yorker but we were very impressed by the quality of the workmanship. Your people were inherently courteous and efficient. Serving as our week-end getaway we were so happy to come up on the week-ends to a considerably clean home despite the renovations. Very seldom have we had the opportunity to work with a contractor who creates a timeline and sticks to it without cutting corners.
